Nikki Tierney
Nikki runs LEEWAY.
Nikki founded LEEWAY after twenty years working in people performance on major capital projects in the UK oil and gas industry. That background shapes everything: she's comfortable with technical complexity, at ease in high-pressure environments, and clear-eyed about what organisations actually need versus what they sometimes think they need.
She is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and has designed and led programmes across leadership development, organisational health, capacity building, digital learning and complex stakeholder facilitation.
Nikki works with senior leaders and organisations across engineering and heavy industry, global research systems, government and third sector. Most of her clients return. Many stay for years.

Joe Tierney
Joe leads our Training Consultancy Services, working with clients to develop bespoke programmes and packages.
Joe has spent his career making difficult things happen in difficult conditions, from running offshore safety training centres across four continents to mobilising flotels in a pandemic. He knows what good operational capability looks like, and what gets in the way of it. At LEEWAY he works with clients to build training programmes that are practical, relevant and designed to last.

David is a performance coach and facilitator with international commercial experience. Much of David’s work is based on experiential learning techniques, combining fun, challenging activities with structured learning opportunities.
David also runs his own consultancy, Wild Thinking.

Louise Robb
Louise is an organisational development consultant, facilitator, team and individual coach and mediator, focusing on behavioural, organisational, systemic and strategic development. She excels at understanding group dynamics and calmly facilitating thoughtful communication to resolve complex issues.
Louise also runs her own consultancy, The Natural Way.
Morna Ronnie
ConsultantMorna is a consultant in recruitment, outplacement, employability mentoring and facilitation. She’s also British Psychological Society Level A & B and Belbin Accredited, looking after all our psychometrics and team assessments.
Morna also runs her own consultancy, The People Portfolio.
Lisa McKay
ConsultantLisa is an executive level HR Consultant, ICF Certified Coach and experienced facilitator. She brings robust HR experience to the team, with knowledge across a range of sectors including energy, finance, education and social care.
